Who says you can’t sell a home during the holidays? Bah Humbug!
I love to chart statistics and analyze the market. By no means am I saying that I am the expert but I do follow the market very careful in Denver, NC. Today is the 19th of the month. Since 12/1/08 there has been 14 homes to go under contract. That is almost one home a day! There are a total of 26 homes under contract in Denver. Looking even further, only 4 of these homes are priced over $450,000. Every market is different and within each individual market, you will also find variances within the price segments.
