Getting started:

1. Attend and pass a certified real estate pre-license school

2. Pass the North Carolina Real Estate licensing exam and become a Provisional Broker.

3. Join the CENTURY 21 Hecht award winning real estate sales team

4. Attend sales training
Sales training begins at the office with personal training and coaching from your Non-Competing Broker-In-Charge/Office Manager.
Intense 2 week training program covering topics such as: Building Your Business, Using Technology to Market Yourself and Your Business, Listing Presentations, Buyer Presentations, Objections Handling, Measuring, Comparative Market Analysis, Contracts, and more.
CREATE21 is an award winning online training class that provides the basics. You will learn listing presentations and working with buyers all from live instruction in a virtual classroom.
Monthly Management team training with live scenarios, measuring a house field trip and company department managers.
Weekly “Advanced Training” classes offered in each office.

5. Take 3 courses within 3 years to earn your Broker License.

Build YOUR business:
Use CENTURY 21 (21online) resource center to learn about the latest in real estate technology (egreetings, online newsletters, contact/leads manager).
Make a business plan using Agent Financial Tools.
Take advantage of ongoing coaching with sales manager.
Use the Preferred Client Club follow up system that provides 52 contacts over 5 years for your clients at a minimal cost of only $38/5 yrs.
Attend informative sales meetings.
